We make safety a condition of employment.
FINE has a full-time safety staff consisting of a Safety Director & a team of Safety Advisors who conduct daily job site inspections and weekly safety audits, provide training and education for all employees, and perform ongoing support and maintenance of our safety programs.
We require all employees to take responsibility for the overall safety of themselves and their coworkers while onsite. Safety is never compromised in the name of production, as every employee is familiar with FINE's safety goals and acknowledges their commitment to this culture.
